Gr.cost may offer a 7-day free trial on the Starter plan. Users can stop using the service during the trial without being charged for the trial period.
2. Paid Plans
Paid subscriptions are charged according to the plan and price displayed on the Gr.cost website.
3. Cancellation
Users may request cancellation of their paid plan. Cancellation will stop future billing according to the applicable billing period.
4. Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be provided where required by applicable law or where Gr.cost approves the request.
5. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, Gr.cost may restrict or suspend access to paid features until payment is resolved.
6. Account Suspension or Termination
Gr.cost may suspend or terminate an account for non-payment, misuse, security issues, or violation of the Terms of Service.
