Terms of Service

1. Using Gr.cost

Gr.cost provides software tools for F&B businesses, including recipe costing, inventory management, supplier invoice processing, production planning, and menu costing.

2. Account

Users are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping their login credentials secure.

3. Free Trial

Gr.cost may provide a 7-day free trial on the Starter plan. Trial access may end automatically when the trial period expires.

4. Plans and Payment

Paid plans are available at the prices displayed on the Gr.cost website. Access to paid features may require payment and account activation.

5. Cancellation and Suspension

Users may cancel their service subject to the applicable cancellation and refund terms. Gr.cost may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, misuse, security issues, or violation of these Terms.

6. Subscription Expiry, Grace Period, and Data Deletion

When your Gr.cost subscription expires, your workspace will enter a 15-day grace period.

During this 15-day period, your workspace data will be retained and you may renew your subscription to restore active access.

If you do not renew your subscription within 15 days after the subscription expiry date, Gr.cost may permanently delete the workspace and all data associated with it.

This may include recipes, ingredients, inventory records, invoices, invoice data, menu items, production records, stock movements, sales records, uploaded files, and other data associated with the workspace.

Once the workspace and its associated data are permanently deleted, the data cannot be recovered.

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of any information you wish to retain before the end of the 15-day grace period.

The exact deletion date will be displayed in the Gr.cost account dashboard when applicable.

7. User Data

Users retain responsibility for the business information, recipes, invoices, documents, and other content they enter or upload. Users must have the necessary rights to use and upload this information.

8. Costing and Inventory Information

Gr.cost provides calculations and operational tools. Users are responsible for reviewing prices, quantities, recipes, inventory records, and results before making business decisions.

9. Service Availability

We aim to keep Gr.cost available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

10. Prohibited Use

Users must not misuse Gr.cost, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or use it for unlawful purposes.

11. Intellectual Property

Gr.cost, its software, branding, design, and original content remain the property of Gr.cost or its respective rights holders.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Gr.cost after changes means the updated Terms apply.

13. Applicable Law

These Terms are intended to operate under applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.
